A Peabody man whom Suffolk prosecutors allege is a major supplier of prescription drugs in Greater Boston was arrested for the second time in nearly three months yesterday — this time as he entered a Boston courthouse.
Marino Spirakis, 36, was heading into Boston Municipal Court when State Police and federal agents arrested him on new charges that he was the kingpin of a drug ring responsible for 5,000 Percocet pills seized at the MBTA’s Copley Square Station on Thursday, according to the office of Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F.
