Peace Prize Protest

Of all the disappointments surrounding the man I find this to be the most surreal.

War is peace.

What this does -- and what you realize -- is these GLOBALIST PRIZES mean NOTHING!! This CHEAPENS the AWARD as for it to be MEANINGLESS -- even more than it was already.

"Obama will speak on irony of peace prize" by Ben Feller, Associated Press | December 10, 2009

WASHINGTON - President Obama is expected to outline his vision of American leadership and emphasize the responsibilities of all nations to advance the cause of peace.

The man makes me ill so I do not watch or listen to him.

Peace activists in the Norwegian capital plan a 5,000-person antiwar protest today. Protesters have plastered posters around Oslo featuring the image of Obama from his campaign poster, altered to say, “Change?’’

Americans are despondently asking the same thing.

OSLO --President Barack Obama entered the pantheon of Nobel Peace Prize winners Thursday with humble words, acknowledging his own few accomplishments while delivering a robust defense of war and promising to use the prestigious award to "reach for the world that ought to be."

A wartime president honored for peace....

In this damp, chilly Nordic capital to pick it up, he and his wife, Michelle, whirled through a day filled with Nobel pomp and ceremony. And yet Obama was staying here only about 24 hours and skipping the traditional second day of festivities.

Yeah, what was the CARBON FOOTPRINT on this ONE-DAY SWING, anyway?

This miffed some in Norway but reflects a White House that sees little value in extra pictures of the president, his poll numbers dropping at home, taking an overseas victory lap while thousands of U.S. troops prepare to go off to war and millions of Americans remain jobless....

Yeah, WHO CARES if you INSULT the HOSTS!!!

George Bush did it all the time!

Interesting, huh?

As his polls go down here, they go up in Israel.

Obama delivered a Nobel acceptance speech that he saw as a treatise on war's use and prevention. He crafted much of the address himself and the scholarly remarks -- at about 4,000 words -- were nearly twice as long as his inaugural address. In them, Obama refused to renounce war for his nation or under his leadership, saying defiantly that "I face the world as it is" and that he is obliged to protect and defend the United States.

Through the ZIONIST PRISM they let him look through!

"A nonviolent movement could not have halted Hitler's armies.

Let me stop him right there:

"BOURKE-WHITE: But do you really believe you could use non-violence against someone like Hitler?

GANDHI (a thoughtful pause): Not without defeats – and great pain. (He looks at her.) But are there no defeats in this war – no pain? (For a moment the thought hangs, and then Gandhi takes their hands back to the spinning.) What you cannot do is accept injustice. From Hitler – or anyone. You must make the injustice visible – be prepared to die like a soldier to do so."

GANDHI: Every enemy is a human being – even the worst of them. And he believes he is right and you are a beast. (And now a little smile.) And if you beat him over the head you will only convince him. But you suffer, to show him that he is wrong, your sacrifice creates an atmosphere of understanding – if not with him, then in the hearts of the rest of the community on whom he depends.

Bourke-White looks at him and there is enough sense in this argument to give her pause.

GANDHI: If you are right, you will win – after much pain. (He looks at her, then smiles in his own ironic way.) If you are wrong, well, then, only you will suffer the blows.

She stares at him, and we know she thinks him much more profound than she had thought initially."

Yeah, and HE never WON a PEACE PRIZE, can you believe it?!!

You mean Al Qaeda doesn't even exist?

"To say that force is sometimes necessary is not a call to cynicism, it is a recognition of history."

And that is how we will get to the end of it.

The president laid out the circumstances where war is justified -- in self-defense, to come to the aid of an invaded nation and on humanitarian grounds, such as when civilians are slaughtered by their own government or a civil war threatens to engulf an entire region. "The belief that peace is desirable is rarely enough to achieve it," he said....

Especially when you have GOVERNMENT CREATED, FUNDED, and DIRECTED "terrorists" out there running FALSE FLAG OPERATIONS to JUSTIFY WARS and FOOL the PEOPLE!!!

The list of Nobel peace laureates over the last 100 years includes transformative figures and giants of the world stage. They include heroes of the president, such as the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela and others he has long admired, like George Marshall, who launched a postwar recovery plan for Europe.... The timing of the award ceremonies, coming so soon after Obama's Afghanistan announcement, lent inspiration to peace activists.

The president's motorcade arrived at Oslo's high-rise government complex for Obama's meeting with Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg as a few dozen anti-war protesters gathered behind wire fences nearby. Dressed in black hoods and waving banners, the demonstrators banged drums and chanted anti-war slogans. "The Afghan people are paying the price," some shouted.

Is THAT what they mean by "inspiration?"

That we are SO BUMMED OUT we have to GET OUT THERE and PROTEST?

Greenpeace and anti-war activists planned larger demonstrations later that were expected to draw several thousand people. Protesters have plastered posters around the city, featuring an Obama campaign poster altered with skepticism to say, "Change?"

"Nobel-winning Obama defends war in call for peace" by Ben Feller, Associated Press Writer | December 10, 2009

OSLO --Newly enshrined among the world's great peacemakers, President Barack Obama offered a striking defense of war. Eleven months into his presidency, a fresh Obama doctrine. Evil must be vigorously opposed, he declared as he accepted the Nobel Peace Prize on Thursday. At the same time, he made an impassioned case for building a "just and lasting peace."

"I face the world as it is, and cannot stand idle in the face of threats to the American people," Obama told his audience in Oslo's soaring City Hall. "For make no mistake: Evil does exist in the world."

Yeah, THERE is EVIL in the world, and it is CALLED USRAEL!!!!!!

Obama turned his Nobel moment into an unapologetic defense of armed intervention in times of self defense or moral necessity. The hawkish message was an inevitable nod to the controversy defining his selection: an American president, lauded for peace just as he escalates the long, costly war in Afghanistan....

Yeah, none of that is lost on any awake American.

He lauded Mohandas Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr., preachers of nonviolent action.

You know, I just came near to tears on that one.

I don't want that MEALY-MOUTHED MASS-MURDERER lauding MY HEROES!!!!!!!

Oooh, water!

But he added, "A nonviolent movement could not have halted Hitler's armies. Negotiations cannot convince al-Qaida's leaders to lay down their arms. To say that force is sometimes necessary is not a call to cynicism, it is a recognition of history."

And see who AP looks to for expertise?

Zbigniew Brzezinski....

And Obama did a CRAM JOB, folks, so the INSULTS are VAST!!!!

The centerpiece of Obama's swift trip to Europe, the speech doubled the length of his inaugural address. Appearing tired here, Obama had worked all the way through the night on the flight to Norway, an aide said.

Sort of like CRAMMING for a COLLEGE EXAM, huh?

TWICE the TIME feting his globalist friends than he spent on you after you elected him to the office. Need a 2x4 up the head or what, America?

Such is the weight of he prize. Suddenly and forever, Obama is in the company of King, Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa, the Dalai Lama.

Seeing as the DL is CIA, you really start to wonder WHO was behind some of those movements. It has reached the point now where IF YOU are INCLUDED by the GLOBALISTS in ANY WAY there must be SOME DOUBT about WHO YOU RALLY ARE!!

Obama's wife, first lady Michelle Obama, listened to her husband's words and showed tears by the end.

The speech was that unbearable, huh?

I wouldn't know because I don't watch or listen to him.

The president was accompanied by a small crew of family, friends and advisers....

Thanks, American taxpayers! Just adding to the carbon footprint, 'eh, 'bamer?

Quite a few Norwegians were said to be miffed that he stayed but a day, not the usual three, and skipped a number of traditional events. Still there was ceremony aplenty....

Up to 2,000 demonstrators protested, many carrying banners demanding the U.S. get out of Afghanistan. Obama capped his evening with a sentimental toast at a candlelit dinner....

As 1 in 7 Americans starves.

Earlier, on a damp and chilly day, the reaction on the streets of Oslo seemed curious but not overly excited. Crowds were not nearly of the size Obama has seen elsewhere. And there were protests....

What, the GLOBAL-WARMERS were not out there?

The president will return to Europe next week to speak at the international conference on climate change, and activists pushing for a serious global climate deal challenged Obama to earn his award....

The Nobel comes with a $1.4 million prize....

Ever notice the $$$ always goes to those who do not need it?

Now for the official version the Globe ran this morning.

"Accepting Peace Prize, Obama addresses war; Says use of force is sometimes morally justified" by Michael A. Fletcher, Washington Post | December 11, 2009

OSLO - Declaring that war is sometimes necessary, President Obama grappled with the paradox of receiving the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize yesterday while presiding over two foreign wars in his first year in office....

Speaking as UN-sponsored climate talks continued in Copenhagen, Obama linked global warming to international security, telling his audience, “The world must come together to confront climate change.’’

He said: “There is little scientific dispute that if we do nothing, we will face more drought, more famine, more mass displacement - all of which will fuel more conflict for decades.’’

Oh, so the FEAR PROMOTION through LIES never ends with this guy, huh?!!!

Yup, ANY EXCUSE for WARS and EMPIRE, huh, 'bamer?!!!

He went on to say that the United States must remain a standard bearer in upholding the laws of war, “even as we confront a vicious adversary that abides by no rules.’’

That is why you BLOCKED the ISRAELI WAR CRIMES in Security Council, right?

Why you have ordered an INCREASE in DRONE ATTACKS in Pakistan, Mr. Peace Prize President!?

Delivering a strong denunciation of Islamic extremism, Obama said those who use their faith to justify the murder of innocents have defiled a great religion....

And WHAT ABOUT what the ZIONISTS have done to JUDAISM, huh?

This guy is a TOTAL TOOL of Iz-ray-HELL!

Speaking before an audience of 1,000 that included Norway’s royal family and top government officials, as well as entertainment icons Will Smith and Wyclef Jean, Obama struck a professorial tone as he observed that peace is not always possible without the horror of war.

“We must begin by acknowledging the hard truth that we will not eradicate violent conflict in our lifetimes,’’ Obama said in his speech, known as the Nobel lecture....

Then TO HELL with YOU, sir!!

To HELL and BACK, to HELL and BACK, to HELL and BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“So, yes, the instruments of war do have a role to play in preserving the peace,’’ Obama said.... He also defended the role the United States has played over the years as it has projected power around the globe, saying that it has been mostly a force for good.

Oh, TELL THAT to ALL the PEOPLE we have KILLED or CAUSED to be KILLED, you son-of-a-bitch!!!!!!!!!!

He should have delivered an APOLOGY, not a "DEFENSE!"

“Whatever mistakes we have made, the plain fact is this: The United States of America has helped underwrite global security for more than six decades with the blood of our citizens and the strength of our arms,’’ he said.

Yes, you have SERVED the CAUSE of the ZIONIST GLOBALISTS WELL, America!

Yes, ALL THOSE MILLIONS SLAUGHTERED in the NAME of LIES were "mistakes."

Did he DEFEND the IRAQ INVASION while he was at it?

Why not, HE ACTS just like W. DID!!!

"Norwegians call Obama rude for short trip" by Associated Press | December 11, 2009

Yeah, but OUR IMAGE is SO MUCH BETTER since this guy took office!!!

OSLO - President Obama’s decision to break with tradition and not follow the lead of past Nobel Peace Prize recipients bewildered some Norwegians. Others thought he was being impolite.

Obama had a whirlwind day yesterday....

Just like BUSH USED TO, remember, America?

You know, the GOOD OLD DAYS!!!!!!!

He skipped several other activities, including lunch with the king, a news conference at Oslo’s Grand Hotel, CNN’s traditional interview with the prize recipient, and a “Save the Children’’ benefit concert, where organizers replaced him with an Obama cardboard cutout. Obama also won’t be around for today’s Nobel Concert. Obama blamed his schedule.

How LAME!!! You are the PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES!! You can GO and DO whatever you want!!!!!!

“I still have a lot of work to do back in Washington, D.C., before the year is done,’’ he said during an appearance with Stoltenberg.

The president’s quick visit also reflected a White House that saw little value in trumpeting an honor for peace just days after Obama announced he was sending more troops off to war....

Yeah, DON'T THINK THAT is NOT LOST on the American people!!!

I think the WORSENING by the DAY POLL NUMBERS prove it!!!

Jonathan Mann, the CNN reporter who for the past 15 years has interviewed the Nobel Peace laureate, said he wasn’t offended at being turned down by Obama. “He’s a busy guy, essentially. We’re not taking it personally,’’ Mann told Norwegian national broadcaster NRK.

No, SERVANTS never do!!!!!!

Gee, those antiwar protests really didn't get much ink, huh?

Couple of sentences and that's it. I suppose I should consider myself lucky they covered them at all, huh?

"Turley: Obama bags Peace Prize while his lawyers are ‘gutting’ Nuremberg

The Obama administration has asked the Department of Justice to dismiss a lawsuit brought by convicted terrorist Jose Padilla against torture memo author John Yoo, asserting that Yoo cannot be sued for legal opinions he offered in the course of advising then-President Bush on national security matters. Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley finds ths decision inexplicable. "The president literally has gotten onto a plane this evening to go to Norway," he told MSNBC's Keith Olbermann on Wednesday, "to accept the Nobel Prize, while his Justice Department is effectively gutting a major part of Nuremberg."
