"A tree worker died in Leominster Thursday after being knocked out of a bucket truck by a fallen branch, officials said. The 26-year-old man, who has not been identified, fell about 50 feet, Fire Deputy Chief Daniel Kirouac said. A worker at Affordable Landscaping and Tree Service, the man was hired to cut branches from a pine tree for a residence at 79 Flaggler Rd. One of the branches he was cutting fell on him around 12:22 p.m., said Police Lieutenant Richard Kinney. The victim was transported to HealthAlliance Hospital in Leominster, where he was pronounced dead, Kirouac said. Police are investigating the possibility that the worker was not properly secured in the bucket truck...."
